Article Marketing is nothing new to the world of marketing, it has been around for centuries. Your article was well written, with the right percentage of keywords, correct length and positioned in the best article databases, so it got noticed by the search engines and eventually the client. Once the client reads your article, he likes it; it was a good one remember. He, of course, wants to know more so he clicks on the source box, a section at the bottom of your article where you are allowed to include links, and presto, you have a new visitor.

Once you have grabbed your readers attention half the battle is won. If the reader likes what he reads he will want to know more about your product or service. If he wants to read more he might just hit on your link and either visit your site or the site of the company you are promoting.

You can sell your own product on your own website or link directly to another seller for a piece of the action, or in this case, a percentage of the sale.

Another bonus of using this method, and it is a big one, is that posting articles on high traffic websites will automatically create high quality back links to your site. If you write well and often, you will both create a lot links and keep your clients happy.
